Other Info: At the Front. John died of a gunshot wound to the chest on 3rd May 1916. He was taken to No. 13 general hospital in Boulogne after being wounded. John is buried at Boulogne Eastern Cemetery, grave reference VIII.A.108.

    John died of a gunshot wound to the chest. May 3rd 1916. No13 general hospital Boulogne. Buried Boulogne Eastern Cemetery.
