Other Info: Lost on HMS Lynx. According to CWGC, George died aged 25 on 9th August 1915 when HMS Lynx struck a mine of the Moray Firth. He was among 70 men lost. George is remembered at Portsmouth Naval Memorial on panel 7.

Other Info: Drowned at sea on 28th January 1917. According to CWGC, John was serving aboard HM Trawler Jacamar when he died. HM Jacamar was sunk in a collision in the English Channel off of Folkestone.

John is remembered at Portsmouth Naval Memorial, on panel 27.

Other Info: At the Dardanelles. Lost his life on the SS Hollington. The SS Hollington was sunk by U95 on 2nd June 1917. According to CWGC, Arthur is remembered at Portsmouth Naval Memorial, on panel 28.

Other Info: According to CWGC William was one of 737 lost when HMS Hampshire was sunk by a mine on 5th June 1916. Field Marshall Lord Kitchener and his staff were also on board and lost. Victor is remembered on the Portsmouth Naval Memorial, on panel 24.

Other Info: In August of 1914 the steam trawler Saxon Prince (SN58) was requisitioned by the Royal Navy and converted to minesweeper (Ad No 262). On 28th March 1916 the Saxon Prince disappeared in a SW Force 12 storm off Dover with all hands including Arthur (source). He is remembered at Portsmouth Naval Memorial on Panel 12.

Other Info: Edgar Died aged 18 on 3rd February 1915 along with all 277 crew of HMS Clan McNaughton. The ship sank during a severe gale, although the exact reasons for the loss of the ship appear to be unknown. Edgar is remembered at Portsmouth Naval Memorial on Panel 10.
