Other Info: Killed in action. According to CWGC, Norman died aged 19 on 16th September 1916. He is remembered at the Guards Cemetery Lesboeufs, grave reference XIII.S.7.

Other Info: 15 years service in the Royal Navy. Prisoner, not heard of since 29th April 1916.

According to CWGC, Harry died aged 35 on 16th August 1916. He was serving aboard HMS Alert, but I cannot find out what happened to the ship that led to Harry’s capture and death. The ship’s log, which can be viewed by clicking on the link, has had the records for the months of March to May removed. Harry is remembered at Baghdad (North Gate) War Cemetery, grave reference XXI.B.19.
