Other Info: Missing since 21st July 1916. According to CWGC, Albert died on 22nd July 1916 aged 20. He is remembered at the Thiepval Memorial, Pier and Face 11C.

    My great Uncle enlisted at the outbreak of war when he was 16. He ran away to join up and never returned. Sadly over the years all photos of him were lost so thank you for the picture on your web site. He is often thought of and now we have a face to put to the name.
