I believe this to be Frank William Cornwall, my paternal 2nd cousin, twice removed. He was the 4th child of ten of father Robert James Cornwall and Ellen Mahala Nye, of 35 Newgate Road. Frank died in Eastbourne, Sussex in 1974.

Frank William Cornwall was the brother of my maternal Grandfather Frederick Cornwall, 1899 – 1976. Queens Regiment in WW1, service No. 67954. Also brother of Arthur Cornwall who served in WW11.
