1. George Rummery was my great grand father, I heard from my mum he was a very nice man. I wish I could have met him.

2. George Harold Rummery was born in 1896 Sussex and died in 1960 in Nottinghamshire, he married Hilda Newton in 1919 at Hastings Sussex. I have a copy of his family tree in my files.

   • George Rummery was my much loved Grandad, he was a school caretaker in Nottingham, he died of cancer in his early 60:s, Gary is my son and he always loved his Grandma, who is missed very much and was curious about Grandad. I was 15 the eldest Grand child when he died. He seemed never to change from his original photo, he looked just the same.

     • Hello Sheila I have this tree in my files because i had put it together for someone here in Kent that i know off. No i am in no way related.

       • Hi Ken my name is Brian Gilbert George was my Grandfather , Shelia is also related to me.

3. My grandmother was Hilda violet Rummery and she lived at West Hill Road Hastings..was George her brother?
