Other Info: Leslie was a drapers assistant for Pearch & Simmons George Street, Hastings.  He sang in the church choir at All Saints Church.

Leslie signed up in November 1917 and joined the London Rifles.

On 24th August 1918 – aged just 18 – he was killed by a shell landing nearby.

Leslie is buried in CWWG at Bray Hill British Cemetery, Bray-sur-Somme, grave reference 1.A.9.
