Other Info: Joined the H.A.C. in February 1916, was given a commission in the same Regiment in January 1917, sent to France in April and was wounded at Passchaendaele Ridge on 6th October 1917. He was awarded the Military Cross by Sir Douglas Haig for gallantry in the field. Lieutenant Kup was educated at Highbury House, St Leonards.
