Francis Bissenden was my mother\u2019s father. She, Gladys Gertrude Bissenden (Wright) was born in April 30, 1916 and never met her father. Mom\u2019s mother Caroline Ellen Bissenden (nee Lepper) remarried a William Wright. When mom was about 8, she along with older brother Frank and parents emigrated to Canada and settled in Thunder Bay (then Fort William) Ontario.
