He is remembered at Stump Road Cemetery<\/a>, Grandcourt, grave reference A.83.\u00a0He was educated at Tower Road Schools under Mr W Ray. He was a member of the Silverhill section of the Hastings Fire Brigade, and left the Brigade to join the Colours on March 2nd 1916. He leaves one sister and two brothers.<\/p>\n
